God's Promised During Our Disappointments

We have all faced the pain of disappointments. We have been taught that many times our disappointments come to make us stronger. We have also been taught that in this world we will have disappointments. We have heard these statements and we know that these statements are true. Yet, what must we do when these things occur in our lives?

One suggestion is to make a list of your disappointments and take that list to the Lord in prayer. Often, because we do not know what God’s Word says concerning certain issues in our lives, we are at a lost as to how to pray effectively concerning those issues.

Here are some scriptures that speak directly to what God has given us in His Word for times such as these:
